I can`t find the FAQs either.

I was looking for info regarding what happens if you hear nothing from the bank within the 14 days of court papers being deemed served.The BOS have 2 days left now.I filed on form N1 not on-line if that matters.

You have to be logged on to view them Check that you are still logged on. If you had 30mins of inactivity the system automaticaly logs you out.

It's very annoying until you get used to it.

Ley me know if that is the problem.

 

On the other hand, to have posted here, you must have been logged in - so I don't understand.

It hasn't logged me out for at least 48 hours and I promise I haven't been actively browsing non stop for that long!!

25/06/08 - NatWest - Prelim letter

09/03/06 - Halifax - Settled 27/4

22/03/06 - Capital One - Settled 24/6

17/04/06 - Nationwide - Settled 8/9

The 30 minute session script seems to be working okay for me - but as for the FAQs - all that appears to have happened is that they have moved further down the homepage.

 

A suggestion - as most people come here for bank charges info, in the first instance, perhaps moving BAG to the top may be sensible. After all, it was the case that before the upgrade only a mega-impatient person would overlook the FAQs...to their subsequent chagrin!

There are mysterious things about this software which I don't understand. It logs me out after 30 mins - and I set it to 30 minutes from the original 15!

 

Actually I don't understand because you weren't on the users online list this morning at about 5.00 am. So it must have logged you out.

 

But anyway, do you have access to the FAQs?

I think the solution may be very simple: on the blue toolbar there is an FAQ label, between User CP and Member List.

 

This seems to be an FAQ generator for the software (rather than having an FAQ sub-folder as the forum has...) This FAQ button has no content, and therefore it would appear that all the FAQs have gone (for those who are new and do not know where to look)

 

Suggestion would be to 'suppress from view' :rolleyes:

...but now it isn't. Not that it's a problem, but my session has been remembered for the last couple of days...
