i bank with the hsbc and after reading this forum was just wondering if i am entitled to a refund on bank charges.

on the 12th sept 05 i was charged 20.00

the 13th oct 05 i was charged 14.00

the 12th nov 05 i was charged 20.00

the 13th dec 05 i was charged 75.00

total = 129.00

all these charges were for going overdrawn when i did not have a overdraft facility, silly things like paypal and stuff.

whats the best thing to do and is there a certain letter i need to send them if so?
