As Yorkshire Bank claimants will know Yorkshire arent the greatest at actually sending documents they say they will.

They appear to have entered applications for summary strike out of bank charges claims without a hearing and are telling the court they have sent the information to the claimants. However the claimants do not appear to be receiving this information so we suggest that you contact your court regarding your claim and ask if anything has been submitted by the bank.

Also - if you do hear that Yorkshire HAVE applied to your court - then call Kirstie Ross and ask her for the case summary she alledges to have sent you.

Thanks Yourbank.

Some people have already a date for hearing. ;)

If you have a Yorkshire or Clydesdale Bank claim that has been stayed, and haven't done so already, then please also send a copy of your POC and defence to caro@consumeractiongrou p.co.uk (without the gap) along with a contact telephone number (landline if possible but mobile if not).

Please also send a copy of the stay, and if you are aware that an application has been made to strike out your claim. If you have documentation about this, then please scan and send that too.

For the time being it would be prudent to keep things private. Rest assured that caggers will continue to be a thorn in the side of Yorkshire Bank.:D

I would suggest that people just deal with the court and request copies of any information from them.

I was asking about the 26th to see if there was anyone else attending with yorkshire bank that day so they could support one another. I dont think there was any need to moderate the question really.

For info this case summary mentioned in YBs application documents hasnt been submitted to the court either in the three cases i know of.

Rest assured that CAG is supporting Yorkshire Bank claimants whose cases have been stayed and are now starting to move. There was a need to moderate the question.

Thank you.

If any caggers with Yorkshire Bank claims have hearings of previously stayed cased, please feel free to contact me with any documentation at the email addy in post 6 and CAG will do all it can to support you.

Even if you haven't heard from Yorkshire Bank, and after contacting the court, you find no action has yet been taken, it may well be worthwhile sending scanned documents (preferably in one file and in order so they can be easily printed).:)
