There have been a lot of changes within the dwp eg esa etc and how it relates to single disabled parents. I was confused, they the job centre were confused and the phone centres were obviously confused. Whilst distressing to me I in no way blamed any individual and with help from caggers and the dwp when they themselves knew what the new rules it got sorted.

 

Now even though explained to me I got confused and found myself panicked that my money was stopping. They went out of their way to reassure me including two phone calls from income support and incapacity benefit and I was reassured.

 

Point to my post is as confusing and as distressed as I let myself get, it did get sorted and I am sure patience and politeness is appreciated by them.

 

We all need to rant at times when frustrated but not take it out on any person or individual trying to help us wether they are also confused or not.

 

Have you maybe considered your attitude could be the reason you cant except no reply to your coments as enough. What did you want everyone to say yes weve had problems and we hate them to death.

 

It all balances out in the end.
