Small amounts, but pound for pound this must be highest rate ever. I think it's getting up to 1200%. It was higher because my over-drawing crossed 2 calendar months. I had written a cheque thinking there was more in the FlexAccount than there was.

I used to run a POA for my aunt-she was 10 minutes back from a month in secure mental institution when Nationwide called her about the renewal of a Bond I had placed for her, which she was actually unaware of. This must have really helped her.I asked them if they knew what a POA meant-they did;they apologised;but their mistake didn't cost them a penny.

Shows the difference when you make mistakes doesn't it.
