This has been an interesting read, my brother had far too many charges from the A&L. i'm going to help him reclaim his charges, but they closed his account can i still obtain bank statements from them and will they to charge for them its going to be about 7 years worth of statements so how do we get them for free?

 

i would be greatful for any help

Hello and Welcome, vicki.

 

I've started a new thread for you, to get his statements he will have to send a Subject Access Request to A & L, they have 40 days to comply.

 

This will cost £10, send a postal order, recorded.

Post back on this thread when you receive the statements and we will help you proceed with the claim.
