Whilst CAG does not encourage pms or emails-where it relates to ongoing threads or posts,there is sometimes the need to do this to protect users identities,and also prevent heads up to those on the other side.

I am always happy (as are any site team ) to progress things in this way where there is a need-on the understanding that on conclusion,it will be reported in the forums save as is possible depending on any confidentiality requirements.

This has come out of the blue and I have relayed it back to management.

We should not need to be asked whether CAG wants to send a representitive-but the question would be much easier to answer if we had been kept in the loop.

I accept that my pm box is sometimes full but there are ways to contact-you have done so in the past using skype remember ?

 

Can I suggest that you email admin or bankfodder with more specific info...they are naturally deserving of specifics in all this and I do not feel able to brief them in the absence of knowing nothing myself.

The suggestion to attend is not 'out of the blue' as you claim. You may recall we discussed the possibility some time ago on the phone. I asked if Marc or anyone else wanted to be a spokesman for the campaign against this process of recovery

 

Anyway does any London based mod wish to attend?

JC I acknowledge that some discussions DID take place-but this was months ago.

As I said-I have relayed the info upstairs-I think they should be made aware of this before an open invitation to Mods.

Yes well a lot of what has taken place has been behind closed doors which I said at the time would happen because of what AND who was being dealt with. Nevertheless as I said I did ask if anyone from CAG wanted to be involved at the outset which would have meant CAG being fully aware from the beginning

 

If someone from CAG does attend it will be an excellent opportunity for them to be fully briefed & CAG brought upto date

 

I would also mention that I was hospitalized for some considerable period a fact that was known to others on CAG. This meant a delay in moving matters forward as far as my involvement was concerned.

 

I'm not precious about my involvement (my health doesn't allow it) so I would be very happy to take a back seat at any time knowing that this campaign was going forward as planned

CAG likes to see results though often they can take time.

A result against RLP would not only be justification for starting the forum here,but would also give much satisfaction to those who have had turmoil worry and sleepless nights, both themselves and in some cases their kids.

Lets hope that the efforts of many to pursue this will indeed not stop here.
