Thats good advice from marcaz, If you should wait for the test case to conclude then you can claim 6 years from that date, this might go on a while longer, so issue your claim now.

Currently the FSA Waiver means charges back to 27th July 2001 can be reclaimed.

Also, the sooner its in court, you then can earn 8% intrest.

also if you qualify as a hardship case, you may get an offer in lou of test case.

FSA Waiver:

13.16 (b)

"in relation to such complaints, if the outcome of the test case produces a result that is more favourable to the complainant, the firm must take all reasonable steps to pay any difference in the amount of compensation actually received by the complainant and that that the complainant would have been entitled if his claim has not been settled by the firm then; and"

have they supplied all bank statements going back up to six years yet.

It's not 6 years, the clock stopped on 27th July 2007 on the announcement of the OFT test case so it is 6 years from that date so july 2001 to present day.

Do I have to quote FSA Waiver on that as well?
