count me in too

 

begged for help when I was made redundant last year. Nothing but harrassment from them despite them sending me a letter saying they have no CCA. They've somehow managed to get hold of my mobile number and they also ring my old employers up. I've just received a default notice from them x

I too can give numerous instances of misconduct in dealing with MBNA, just let me know what you need to progress matters.

I have only just started with MBNA x 2 (1 Virgin & 1 ex HFC ex Beneficial) CCA'd 28th April and still waiting for response.

 

If I can be of any assistance, please let me know.

I'd like to be counted in too. They are a heartless lot having never agreed with the monthly payments they have been getting from my DMP Payplan coming after me now its up to a judge to decide Court papers help required pls

'..lack honesty and integrity' is the key point with MBNA - the more we can show the FSA that is the case, the more likely the FSA will act.

hey citizen anything to let you have an easier day:D

 

i will have another go later this eve and catch up with anyone who has been having problems with mbna,,, will pm the original poster as have another idea up my sleeve,,,laters have a fun afternoon angel x:-)
