I have a loan with Cahoot/Santander, this was transferred from Cahoot to Santander I have had no notification that this has happened no letter asking for a new direct debit to be set up to pay it only letters stating what I owe Santander! I requested a CCA and received one with all Cahoot details on it. A letter received from Santander today states it is shown in T&C that they are required to provide me with 30 days notice of any changes they state that on the 12 th Jan they provided a Notice of Variation I did not receive it also the interest rates have shot up from 6.63% to 16.61% Can anyone advise me where to go from here please

Have just tried to view my loan through Cahoot and it is no longer available also Cahoot have put a fixed rate charge through my account of £60 no idea what this is as there was enough money in the account to cover direct debits etc but no direct debit has been taken for Santander so I am wondering if they tried to take more than they said they would which would have put me overdrawn but how do I get to the botom of this?

I used to have a loan with Cahoot but I assume it has been transferred to Santander not that I have had any notification regarding this but I think they have changed the terms of the loan ie I used to be able to withdraw money from the loan but now I cant can they do this without letting me know. I would have thought they should have advised me they have taken over the loan and what my terms and conditions are

I had a loan with Goldfish which I believe then sold out to Lloyds, this loan as far as I am aware was paid off in full 2 years ago I paid by direct debit, they are now chasing me for £63 which is what the repayments were. If I request statements I will have to pay for them. I also think that they have put allied international credit onto me for the debt, they are leaving messages etc and are asking to to call them which I havent done. I wrote to Lloyds asking them to explain why they think I owe this after 2 years but they have not bothered to reply. - Can anyone advise what I should do please
