Well after all this time I have received a Small Claim Summons from Cabot regarding the Citi Card!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure what to do.

Hi all Thats my account with Marbles closed, i came to agreement with Lowells. The balance on the account was £4100, I paid £1500 and the rest was ppi. They cleared the ppi. I have now had a letter from Lowells confirming that the account balance is now zero and on checking the credit file the balance is zero and satisfied!!!!!!!! at last. Tracey

Hi Birchave The "Priority Application Form" they sent me last year didnt, however Lowells have sent another PAF and long with it they have sent current terms and conditions. Can I complain to the FOS online? Marbles HFC sold the account to Aviemore Funding at the start of last year what account number do I put on it my origional or the new one? Sorry for all the questions.

We are now entitled to receive payment of the balance of XXXX from you and enclose a copy of your agreement as requested. Neither SAV Credit Limited nor ourselves are aware of any reason for non-payment. Please kindly make payment of the outdatnding debt or contact us within 7 days of the date of this letter to agree acceptable payment proposals, failing which we reserve the rigt to instruct our solicitors to issue legal proceedings against you without further notice. Yours sincerely Samantha Barnard They have enclosed a copy of the "Priority Application Form" and some cuurent terms and conditions. What these people are forgetting is that im fighting with them for missold PPI !!!!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tracey
