CCA is it enforceable ?

Hi, can some one cast their eye over this CCa and perhaps advise whether it is enfoceable or not ? Struggling to work it out.

Is that as clear as the copy they sent you? If it is it is illegible and they must provide you with a legible copy. Otherwise, it has a reference to a credit limit, an interest rate, a repayment schedule and your signature, which makes it enforceable. Now you have to decide whether the original, which would be produced in court, is legible.

many thnks pinky, looks like i have an enforceable cca then , perhaps i can offer them a lesser sum to clear the debt ? as i am struggling at the mo.

Work out what you can comfortably afford to offer them & then use reverse psychology, start off offering a lower figure they will badger you for more & when it's the figure you decided then agree. They will think they've got one over you when in fact it'll be the opposite. ;-)
