Hi

I had one of these store cards taken out about 18 years ago. I got so fed up with them hounding me that I cleared the account in Oct last year. I know there were a lot of charges on the account, is it now too late to get these charges back?

Just because your ballance is £0 should not matter.

Send them a subject access request, this will cost you £10 and dont forget to enclose your I.D.

Once you have the charges, you can then send a prelim letter,

hope this help and good luck:)
