DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi, could anybody look at this cca, I'm sure it's enforcable, but the ppi box is ticked but not signed, I know I didn't tick it, would I have a claim for the ppi?

Thank you.

Thanks for your replies re the above, after reading the multiple agreements thread, I'm wondering whether or not it is enforcable given that I am being charged for ppi even though I didn't sign for it, and there doesn't seem to be any separate terms laid out for it.

Could anyone advise me please?
