Before discovering this site I sent my prelim and LBA to lloyds with only 4 years charges on the attached spreadsheet. Last week I sent the data protection letter as a precaution to find out all 6 years charges.

My question is this:

Do I wait the 40 days for all the information and then start a MCOL claim for all 6 years charges or carry on claiming for the 4 years worth on Monday and then put in a separate claim for 2000-2002 when I get all my statements and/or negotiate the full amount when lloyds solicitors call to settle?

Personally, I would carry on with the present claim.

After that, you could start another action for any charges before and after the present claim.

Having already sued the bank once, they will be under no illusions as to your

sincerety.:)
