I apologise for asking a really stupid question but please go with me as i'm very foggy at the mo due to the disabillity i have. I have my 6 years worth of statements and have worked out the amount owing to me. My question is when i send the letter to the bank asking x amount back to the bank do i enclose a copy of the excel sheet print out with the letter or do they already know how much i will be claiming?

Just send them the letter in the library - DO NOT send the spreadsheet - the spreadsheet is to work out the 8% APR if they refuse to give the money back and you have to take them to court.

In court you are allowed to claim 8% APR - not before, although I don't personally see why not - they charge 19.9% on OD's.

Many thanks for your reply, i can get the letter off first thing in the morning :D
