That is true, but I have read some funny stories on here and they make me think YES GOOD ONE ON YA MATE!! when people on here have told of how they avoided getting there car taken, the thread..the one that got away was funny when they described their determination, and even the one who he and his father in-law chased of the repo guys with the dogs on their heels. We are not defeated yet!! Lets just hope LBL stop stalling and that between our determination the solicitors and the OFT we can make a difference!!

I'm fighting back and ready to go :D who will be my first victim? LBL, Brighthouse.

I am so with Caro on this. We are all on the same side with this, but we must all understand that our feelings and emotions are running high around this situation, we need to all stand together and stand strong. LBLs tactics are designed to stress us all out lets not all take it out on each other, I have gained great inner strength from you all on here and hope to continue to do so.

Dear SSE

I wish to thank you for the detailed info you have supplied.

I hope to challenge LBL, regarding my prediciment.

Your docs have led me to other sites and hopefully how I can escape loosing my car, namely that the BoS was registered after 10 days not 7.

The witnessing is questionable, I need further advice on that.

Anyway

I big thankyou, and good luck with your fight.

Dear reader.

I have had some positive news.

Having had the Bill of Sale read by 2 solicitors, there is a minefield of errors any one of which would render the Sale invalid.

Please please please fight Log Book Loans. Don’t give up.

It cost nothing to go to the Citizen's Advice Bureau. They have challenged LBL previously and won. They are only too happy to assist.

MAIN POINTS TO CONSIDER:

The Bill of sale has to be registered within 7 days.

No ifs, no and, no buts, and the 7 days is not workings days. Weekends and holidays count.

The witness cannot be connected to the company.

The wording has to be exactly right.

LBL stand by their Bill of Sale. Here lyes the problem. The Bill of Sale is not theirs. Think of it as a government document. Any alterations render it null & void.

I hope this helps the countless affected by this loan shark company.

GOOD LUCK.
