I received a reply from MBNA saying that they will not refund me anything and also a copy of the document from 1998 that I signed with a tick next to the PPI (dont remember that)

 

 

Looks like thats a no go then, is that correct or any other avenues to go down

Have you sent the LBA?

 

If not, do so and start a claim in the small claims court if they do not budge before your time scale is up.

Thanks for the reply, What about me ticking the PPI yes box on the application form, but I still was not aware that it was available much cheaper elsewhere

 

The letter says it is the final respose
