I had a credit card with Peoples Bank based in Connecticut, USA from whom I'd like to claim penalty charges etc. I don't think they market in the UK any longer although they still exist in USA. Does anybody know if it is possible to claim against them as if they were a UK CC company?

Grateful for any advice...

PS I've always been UK resident.
