I have an MBNA Europe credit card which at present, is £420 over the limit. I cannot go and spend anything over the limit, so it is obviously over to that tune because of charges and interest. I think there could well be a lot of fees to reclaim on this one too.

I have spoken to their debt management department and they agreed to halt all charges until I get under the limit.

I just got a statement in yesterday, they charged me £25 over limit fee and £54 interest. my minimum payment is £66. This is a no-win situation.

Am I able to reclaim the "over limit fees" of £25 a time?
