HI Andrea,

Stick to YOUR timescale.

Send LBA 14 days after Prelim and file N1 14 days after LBA.

Ignore their response and proceed with your claim.

Andrea,

My understanding is that, as a business reclaiming it's charges, your case will NOT be stayed.

Are you trading as "Andrea 82 t/a Business Name" and do you have a business a/c.

Have a read here as your claim differs slightly from normal - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/105213-guide-business-claims.html

Also you could read my claim here - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/barclays-bcard-woolwich-successes/70074-slick-barclays-business.html

Stick to the path and you'll get your charges back.
