hi chriss have not been around lately i have problems with my d/d for my new bank account it has cost me a fortune in phone bill, so i have not got round to sorting out my abound nice to see you back on thread

well i still have not heard anything from these ppl since october about the account exceptfor statements. Except l have not had one for ages.

 

Just tried to acess my account and look what happened.

Looks like they have closed the account.

 

What does everyone suggest l do next?

Is it possible that there is a hiccup in the system, it does happen sometimes. Although the cynic in me says, perhaps you should telephone them and find out for sure or send them a letter/email .

I am not going to telephone them as they will try and get you to pay as there staff dont understand the CCA rules.

 

I will wait a few days and try and log in againt but if it does not work what does everyone suggest.
