Can't find a sar template for shop direct can anyone help? i intend it to send it via email, dont want to post or have facilities to print etc. email only. Basically I just want all statements including charges, how much i paid etc as i want to reclaim unfair charges eventually once i know all the facts its for littlewoods and very and the accounts were started in 2010/11 i believe, will they provide for the entire 7 or 8 years?

Firstly, I apologise for this post!! I am looking for a SAR template letter to send to Brighthouse. I had an account with them many years ago (no paperwork or account number), and would like them to send me any information as I want to know if I was mis-sold PPI. Dear All, Hello. My disclosure is due today in my discrimination case. I am self-representing.I have done a word document with heading(claim information) and then I did a list of the documents just numbered 1-20. Can you please advise if this is sufficient or I need to do something more sophisticated (like the lawyers would)? Does anyone have a template perhaps? Thank you. Alesha

Hi, I have just received a PCN from "Civil Enforcement" and I wondered if this template was a good one to send as an initial appeal to hope to put this to bed quickly. It seems pretty comprehensive and I thought I'd include it in it's entirety in case it can help others as a useful template/guide to the possible appeals. Is it good or are there any flaws? Thanks!: [removed lengthy templates dx] PCN.pdf Here is my PCN notice. It is unclear whether it is a notice to driver or a notice to keeper. Is this a grounds for appeal? I see that POFA 2012 requires notices to keeper to: - Advise that the driver is liable for the parking charge and the amount and that it has not been paid in full - State whether a notice to the driver was given either to the driver or placed on the vehicle and if so to repeat the information in that notice about paying the parking charge and when - Specify the outstanding amount of the parking charge and of the maximum additional costs they may seek to recover, and of the dispute resolution arrangements - Invite the registered keeper to pay the outstanding parking charge or, if he was not the driver, to provide the name and address of the driver and to pass a copy of the notice on to that driver so now I'm unsure of my first move.... -
Hi I'm wanting to get information from Blemain with regard to my loan. It's due to finish later this year and they claim the current balance is approx £4.5K which won't be cleared by the payments! I'm going to send a SAR but I'm not sure which template to use from the library. There's Full Subject Access Request or Debt or DCA Subject Access Request I was going to use the "Full" one, but then the "Debt" one looks better as it specifically mentions insurance and additional charges. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. BB

Hi, A very good friend of mine is to help me out by renting a room from me and living with me to help with the garden, house etc. He also cooks meals etc due to my disability. My health is much improved, I still have to be careful to avoid a relapse. He is in full time work and I do not claim benefits. However occasionally he does get a small top up of UC when his wages are very low. Therefore I think I may need a formal template since he has just left his bedsit?? I do not know. -

My relative is vulnerable and has mental health Moorcroft have put a hand delivered letter through the letter box on behalf of a catalogue. It states that a field operative called to discuss the account is there a templateicon letter I can send to tell Moorcroft or any other debt collectoricon not to make personal visits to my relative -
Hi, On my front driveway I share the boundary with my next door neighbour. Reluctantly agreed some years ago to let them replace the boundary wall. They did a bad job (on our side only). Also they then moved the front driveway gate post back as they kept crashing into it. This created a dangerous step which I have nearly fallen over several times as I walk out of my driveway. I have wanted my driveway gate post reinstated for a long while into its proper, original position, at the end of the drive. We only originally gave permission for it to be built back a foot or two from the end whilst the neighbours were driving and they have lost their licences now. Question: This morning a car turning around in my driveway crashed into the wall and knocked down this post and a bit of wall. I do not want it replacing back in its 'wrong' place. Am I legally entitled to refuse permission for this, now? I just want it putting back in its right place which would get rid of the dangerous step too and allow me, finally, to have some driveway gates and the security I require. Thanks

UKPC ticket for parking outside own house

Guys, a friend has two letters to keeper form UKPC for parking outside their own house - yes you read correctly. For some reason UKPC are ticketing vehicles on a new build estate that are parked in the roads, it is not permit holder parking, it does not cost anything to park there, there are just signs up saying parking restricted and the usual UKPC waffle. after two tickets on the vehicles they have now got letters to keeper, they have asked me to pen a letter for them, I advised do the usual - soft appeal then appeal to POPLA with GPEOL as the main reason as I jsut don't have time to write the letter. Is there a template for this anywhere? -

Please help me to file a PPI claim through CCA, from Capital 1, who has settled my PPI compensation with a debt. already sold to a DCA. To the best of my knowledge the calculation of redress was not done correctly either. Also I want to take Genworth to court for not calculating my PPI correctly and not explaining as to how they calculated my redress.Where they got the fig. of premium paid as only few statements are available. Both of them will come into small claim category.

Good day all, On looking at my credit file i noticed that Equifax has my ex wife as an associate/connection to me via debts. I would like her removed and the debts from my credit file. Hiya all, Just trying to help a friend of mine out. Last year she suffered a severe rape and sexual assault and has been off work ( until last month ) and receiving specialist police counselling for it. In this period of time she has got behind in repayments and one debt ( to an individual ) has gone to the high court and baliffs have attended when she was not in ( total was £3750 ) She has offered a proposal of £400 per month but they have come back and said they will only accept £1000 per month and £750 upfront which there is no way she can afford as her wages for the month are £1400 after tax She still suffers from severe anxiety and I am really worried about her as this has already put her more in her shell Am I right in assuming that as she has a crime reference number for it and is under counselling she would be classed as a vulnerable person? I have told her not to answer the door to them but its already having a huge effect, she missed a recorded delivery yesterday as she got herself into such a panic when the door went and had to miss a day off work because of it I am going to help her write a letter to the baliffs but need to know where I can go to make sure it is written properly. She has a PPI claim coming back - which I did for her - in 2 weeks but they rejected waiting until then for her to pay it all in full Any help would be greatly appreciated -
I am sure that the site team already know but in case this is new info, Moorcroft are replying to the 'Doorstep' template letter from the library with their own letter, which implies that the details are 'Not relevant to these circumstances' i.e your alleged debt because they have been gleaned from 'various websites. Rubbish I know, but it may worry some new members to this forum, and a word or two from the site team may re-assure them kind regards to all Derichleau

My shrink recommends I get some breathing space by getting my GP to write a letter confirming my poor mental health. As the GP doesn't want to engage brain, is there a common format I can present him with so I've a fighting chance of getting something out of him before I self-destruct! I've had a jolly good search up & down these most excellent forums, many references to such a letter but no actual template forthcoming. Foolishly I paid £5 to pilesadvice.co.uk for such a letter but they just take the money and then don't tell you how to get the letter and their payment service provider seems to think this is OK Thanks in advance for all replies, John

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can offer a little help and advice. I wish to serve a SAR on the bank that previously held my mortgages (I had two linked to the same property, due to undergoing a - relatively amicable - divorce and being obliged to buy my spouse's interest in the house - who had no desire for the property...just the cash). I've lost all of the documentation, pertaining to said mortgages. I would like copies of the original offer and subsequent agreement along with all terms and conditions (including those if/as and when they may have been amended). Additionally, I want the bank to provide a full list of mortgage repayments made by me and received by them along with details/notes of any and all communications between our parties, howsoever conducted (written, telephone, carrier-pigeon etc.,) as well as any manual notes and/or interventions which may have occurred with regard to my account, throughout the term of the mortgage. Does such a SAR template already exist or is there any member of the forum who may help me to properly draft a suitable Subject Access Request? I'd be extremely grateful for any help/advice/referrals. Many thanks. Jib T
