  1. Wish it was my case but an interesting read all the same, as per usual I do not know how to share the link so I apologise for that
  2. Found this interesting read it on the internet PCN received from my local Tesco I spoke to a member of staff and they claimed that they had nothing to do with the parking. I explained that the ANPR system is an expensive piece of equipment (up to 30 grand) and the company that owns it had to have a contract in place with the company that leases/owns the land. Some company didn't just turn up one day and install this kit on a whim. there has to be a way to contact the camera company. I worked in security for 10 year and have used a similar system. They graciously emailed and told them to cancel the ticket. I wasn't nasty but I was insistent. Many companies will just fob you off and that infuriates the hell out me as too many people will just accept not knowing how these systems work
  3. Yes I will let them know that I cocked up and set two up, the first one must be dead as it not let me get on it but the second one lets me get to the claim number and password but states they are incorrect
  4. Could I ask the Court to send another password as I have tried umpteen times to get the MCOL to work just the same message all the time that the password or claim number are incorrect
  5. Aah thanks Dave I lack so much confidence with my many burdens I cannot tell you how appreciative I am with the CAG you are all a god send to many, just a defence to sort now which will have to be by email again I assume? as I cannot log on to the Court. When I appealed it was the IAS who had the car reg wrong not the parking company thought I would stress this again as I did originally state this, I thought this needs mentioning before any appeal is thought out
  6. Yes same as that link you sent Dave I ticked defending it all put address on it and email address and dated and got it signed. I am having problems replying as only got 5 pages and it not go further than 5 for me to respond?
  7. Sending the CPR now, I have tried twice this morning to get on to the AOS it just states password or claim number is incorrect
  8. Will see if I get anywhere tomorrow as it simply will not accept the details off the claim form, but I have caused this by setting two government gateways up
  9. The first government gateway I set up not accept the ID to go any further the second one I set up lets me get to where you put claim number in and the password but states the claim number or Password is incorrect but I have it correct off the claim form tried about 20 times no joy
  10. So appreciate you putting up with me it is making me feel ill, think I have set two of these Gateways up and no idea how to delete them and start again perhaps you can`t wonder if this Court business centre can advise if I rang them? I have two separate Gateway ID`s and to separate MCOL customer numbers
  11. I don`t know which way to turn if only I could do this thing online but can`t get it to accept the claim number or password so I cannot get anywhere, I cocked the post code up tried to change it and tried to register again so I have caused it not to accept the password and claim number All this is so difficult to someone who is not used to this procedure
  12. I have tried to enter the claim number and password all I am getting is this I have tried over and over I am entering correct details but it just won`t accept things The following errors have occurred: Claim number or password is incorrect.
