Seems unlikely. The only thing that could be disputed is any charges that may have been added to the loan. Did you take out PPI on the loan? if so this may be worth looking at as well. Time to send them a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) letter.

Are you disputing the debt - you do not say that you are? Or are you merely claiming that the debt is unenforceable as their is no CCA? As a matter of interest how old is the (alleged) debt?
