So, we're still going to Court then dx ??! I've just got off the phone with "Aqua Customer Services", who point blank refused to give me their Registered Office details, but did confirm that they were indeed Progressive Credit Limited...

Here's the response to the LBA to "Progressive Credit Limited", clearly the right company as the response is on Aqua standard letterhead... Doesn't acknowledge LBA at all, just goes back to first response & refusal, go bother the FOS..... Have now registered with MCOL and start building a claim.

£20 and letter now in my posession... See people...... These "big" companies CAN be taken on..

I can update this now....... Have got another sod off and bother the FOS letter, I'll scan after tea... Letter comes from Aqua Card Services, so CLEARLY, the Registered Office address is correct. Going to do this by MCOL, all new to me now, so help would be appreciated. And those that know me of old will know that I won't back down...

Just had a phone call from Tesco Bank..... (Recorded it) Bleated on about the fairness of their charges, and that their internal investigation backs up their position on not repaying Default Charges. However, on this occasion, there was an error in the handling of my complaint in regards to their internal procedures, and are prepared to settle the matter for £20. Will acknowledge in writing and £20 paid direct to bank account registered on the now closed account. Matter closed.

I'm a Volunteer for Race for Life, Cancer Research UK... TESCO is the MAIN SPONSOR. Missed a payment by 1 day because I was heavily involved...... Result, £12 late payment fee, and absolute refusal to refund. Account was cleared and closed on the spot in utter disgust.. Money back time.... ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ DMD @ Heaton Park Race for Life!! Comments would be appreciated guys....

Yeah, got it all IMS... Also, that charges when reduced to £12 were not refunded and therefore hidden, thus an illegal act... As for point 2.... I'll happily accept a negotiated settlement. I'm FULLY committed to this now....

Looks like the one with the name has been removed so I'm going to re-post, thing is, I really don't know why I redacted any of the paperwork anyway, as I don't give a flying hoot if anyone knows who I am... I'm doing the LBA now... But I need some help with calculating the interest. I've done reclaims before, but this is the first time I've had a get lost response! I'm not too big to admit that I haven't a clue how to use a spreadsheet!!
