Yes, my husband already emailed the school asking to send an official note to all parents about this bandits. He also asked for the agreement with landowner, but I wouldn't hold my breath, our headteacher is a bit... Can't find the right word, but let's just say that he's very shy with replies and even shyer with actions.

My husband said he's going to ignore everything until they send a letter of claim. I didn't know but he had dealings with them before and they stopped sending letters after he asked for confirmation that they had permission from the landlord to charge money for parking in a free car park. That was in another car park though, a few years ago.

You're not going to believe this: my husband received an identical request for money for the same car park when he stayed 12 minutes, left and came back 45 minutes later and stayed for 17 minutes. They have just started this no return within 2 hours because i (and many other parents) have been picking up the kids at different times for ages, so I've been "double dipping" lots of time. I took a picture of the sign at the entrance, no 2 hours mentioned there. To find the no return within 2 hours you need to go across the whole car park, basically to the opposite side of the entrance. Got to take a picture of that other sign with th ed t&c. So if you go in and park , then go to one of the retails on the entry side, you'll never see the t&c sign. Not that it matters, but just saying. I expect many parents to get these requests for money, hopefully they won't pay.

Good morning everyone, update on the data protection case: they didn't respond and i applied for a ccj online, all confirmed by email and website. So they're determined not to disclose anything. So, after i receive the court letter, how long before I sue them again for failure to disclose? My request is almost 7 months old and despite my many requests for update they sent nothing. All i get when i email them is the same copy and paste email saying that they are looking for the documents. -
Ok, but if it goes to court, wouldn't it be better to show that I tried to solve this rather than ignore? After all, regardless of the validity of the parking ticket, they sent their communication out of time, so my thinking is that they have zero chance of winning in court. And if they've been told that I know they're out of time it would look stupid if they started a claim. Or is my thinking wrong?

I don't remember my first visit. It was either a day that I went into the bowling for a burger with my friend, or one of my kids was ill and I picked him up early. The second visit is surely a school pickup followed by parents evening, that's why it's a longer time. I've never known about the non return, the anpr or the max 4 hour stay. Only today I looked at those signs with microscopic writing. It took me 10 minutes to read all of that.

Hi, thanks. Here are the answers 1 Date of the infringement 27/03/2023 2 Date on the NTK [this must have been received within 14 days from the 'offence' date] 21/04/2023 [scan up BOTH SIDES as ONE PDF- follow the upload guide] please LEAVE IN LOCATION AND ALL DATES/TIMES/£'s 3 Date received 24/04/2023 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [Y/N?] No 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? Yes, bad ones 6 Have you appealed? [Y/N?] post up your appeal] Not yet Have you had a response? [Y/N?] post it up N/A 7 Who is the parking company? Parkingeye 8. Where exactly [carpark name and town] Leisure West Complex, Feltham For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under. BPA There are two official bodies, the BPA and the IAS. If you are unsure, please check HERE If you have received any other correspondence, please mention it here N/A Please let me know if you need any further information. I would be grateful if you directed me to the correct path to challenge this. From my little research, under PoFA 2012 Section 4 (9) (5) they should've sent me this notice within 14 days. Do they have any leeway, for example if dvla delayed giving them my details? Thanks 2023-04-21 PE PCN for 2023-03-27 no return in 2hrs.pdf

Hi, I received a pcn from those bandits at parkingeye for dipping into a free car park twice in one morning, they claim that there's no return within 2 hours. I read other threads that this notice to the registered keeper must arrive within 14 days but even on their paperwork it says: Date of event 27/03/2023 Date issued 21/04/2023 Am I wrong? Also, is there a guide on how to deal with this? The car park is free, in fact there's an agreement with the landowner with the 3 local schools to use the car park, as well as for the 3 businesses there. It's a massive car park, usually half empty, apart from friday and Saturday night when the business are busy (bowling, bingo and cinema) Thanks

Employment tribunal hearing coming up
Lorenz replied to Lorenz's topic in Employment and minimum wage problems
Hi everyone, little update. We had the preliminary hearing and it went ok i think. The judge accepted the sex discrimination case and bullying (failure in duty of care). He's going to come back to me on the TUPE breach because he said that it might be not their jurisdiction if it's a breach of contract. Anyhow, my husband contacted my union regional organiser and gave him a piece of his mind for having abandoned me in this ordeal. Immediately after he sent me an email saying that they want to mend their mistakes and most likely they can offer legal cover. We have a meeting tomorrow to discuss. On a different subject, the data protection case in county court has not been defended yet and tomorrow I'll be able to ask for judgement in default accordingly to mcol. I keep you updated. Thank you everyone. -

Thanks for that. My husband is going to call ACAS tomorrow as well as his union legal advice line. Hopefully we'll get some help because my union has not answered any question. Apart from the points of law, can you suggest anything that he should ask advice about? Thanks -

Hi, here it is. Thanks Could you please look at this agenda and let me know where I've gone wrong and/or what you would add/subtract/amend? Also, what's on point 2.1? What do I put at 3.3 considering I'm only asking for a symbolic £1? What about 4.2? 8.1 and 9.1??? And would you put anything at the end in the "any other matter" box? Sorry for the many questions, I truly appreciate your help! PH Agenda-1.pdf -

Hi, I know it's bank holiday weekend, but can anyone advise on how to fill those questions on the agenda? I can repost them if more convenient. Thank you.
