  1. I checked but nothing has changed since then last time I posted it? Do you need it again?? Just noticed my post didnt post from earlier, yeah no changes on mcol... claim against parkingeye has been allocated to local cc, the other one hasnt changed since november

  3. No updates for this, mcol not updated since november, will advise as soon as. I guess they have managed to get through some of the backlog and is just a matter of time

  7. Hi guys, hope.all are well!! Just a quick update, this SAR claim has been allocated to local county court!! it says details of judges directions will be sent in a notice of allocation, I would have uoloaded it but still have the issue of no access to pc

  9. Just an update... still nothing heard, no update on mcol!!
  10. If they strike her out then thats that I guess. If not then we will proceed as planned with the defence. She knows she will have to go to court but I explained to her that its just a game and just like last time, they probably won't even show up. If they do we will have defence ready to present. It took 5 minutes last time so she has nothing to worry about. Ill have another chat with her again today all being well!!

Trust me I do get the urgency, my mum now gets the urgency, it is just trying to get my auntie to comprehend that, she thought the snotty letter was a joke, I have just got off the phone to mum again who needs to ask her sister again to print it... my auntie is one of those people who just pays... Update : letter has been printed just waiting to sign and send but is being done!!

We can only try, see what the court says, we forgive them for their delays...

This service is currently undergoing a significant transition as we take on new work and expand to meet the growing needs of our customers. This means we have a large backlog of work to clear. The service is focusing on reducing the volume of work in priority order and to do this we are currently prioritising resources to tackle case progression work as opposed to dealing with chase up correspondence, so we ask for your continued patience and trust that your case will be dealt with in due course. We are aiming to recover our position by the end of the September. The service has also recently introduced new procedures to make sure work is being processed as soon as possible. Please be assured that this is a result of feedback received from our customers, as we are actively looking to improve the service being offered. These procedures have seen a reduction in processing time already and further improvements are expected in the coming weeks.   16. Cheers mate, mum just messaged saying she read it, I was over reacting with her earlier she sais she gets anxious dealing with these things and where it was all getting too much she just switched off. She is going to her sisters tomorrow to get all of this done
