Hi guys, I have just received an email from DVLA regarding the KADOE system for StarPark LTD. DVLA does not recognise them and they are not permitted to get information? Could this be correct? I can advise you that the company Starpark Ltd is not known to me therefore at this time they do not have access to our KADEO service and are not permitted to receive information via this service. Going from previous experience I think it is likely they will be following with court documents soon. Should I file it for time being or start preparing? Hi CAG! Hoping you all had a great Easter. Update: Having sent 2x letters to both DVLA and Newham Council I had no response yet. I spoke with Newham Council planning department, they had told me that they are not able to provide any details in regards to the ANPR Camera and it must be put in writing (which I did). Same with DVLA, but I am getting no responses. Both letters 2nd time were sent as signed for and they had been accepted. Is there anything else I can do? I have returned home from being week away and found another letter from CEL that I put aside with other letters for time being. Any suggestions are appreciated! Thank you. 1.pdf

Hi, please find attached images of the car park and entrance from the road. One thing that I noted is that upon entering the car park the signs on wall are CEL, however inside the actual car park it is from company called StarPark. You are correct, that post code and the address on letter comes up as a main road entrance. The car park is located at the back from the main road that you enter via Kingsford Way. I will drive up there right now to get some pictures and will post shortly. Thanks again!

Thanks Eric, I agree with you and I kind of understand it, but I am always paranoid I will do something incorrect and mess it up... This is the first letter I received and no ticket was slapped on the car at the time of event. You are right about google, there is no signage on the pictures, however there are 100% signs now inside that parking courtyard. I will stop by the nursery myself next week I take my daughter and speak to the staff. You are also right about car park being on Kingsford Way, should have made it more clearer. Many thanks

Hi guys, Hoping you are all well. Just received a letter for PCN. My partner was driving at this time. She was picking up our daughter from a nursery. The location where PCN was issued is within the ground of the nursery. Unfortunately she over stayed around 18 minutes without paying. No ticket was attached to the vehicle at the time. She was advised by the nursery that they do not ticket the car if it's under 10 minutes, however did this time as it was longer. Should we settle the cost of 60 quid? Thanks for any advice. Just learned that I cannot back date my VAT deactivation date Is this true? I don't know how I am going to find £6k to pay for this now as my business has not even made this much in profits...

Can confirm this in fact was the problem, hence I could not access my return. Thanks! Following on from here I did not want to create another thread, so thought would make this one live. Advise if otherwise I should create a new thread. Problem that I have now that during 31st October and 8th January (today) I have sold products worth £24k, however I did not charge any VAT on this as it's under 85K threshold. Is there anyway for me to backdate my VAT and close the account as of 31st October, as honestly speaking I did not need it. Or would I be able to close only as of today's date and would I have to pay the VAT back out of my own pocket for this period? Hope this makes sense. Thanks

I suspected it may be best to call them on Monday morning. I noticed they are closed on weekends. Yes I do have both ID & password, just doesn't let me progress further. Perhaps it could be the case because I closed my VAT account and did not fill in my return.

Hi, Happy holidays. I am looking for some guidance. Just returned home with nice letter from HMRC about VAT return of £571. This is for period of 27th July to 31st Oct. I have bought some items to flip on amazon back in June/July total 120 units, that cost me £1080 in total. I have sold them all for £2,395.93 - the amazon fees. This was sold during 6th July to 27th to be exact. Then I decided to open a VAT account and look for some distributor accounts, however never been able to find good products and decided I need to close VAT account as the only way to get in with distributors was to have VAT account. I have closed my VAT account, however never filled VAT return and did not think anything of it now. I would like to pay the VAT, but I don't believe 571 quid is the right amount. How can I work out how much I have to pay and file the return? It says I have 30 days from the date of letter to file or there may be penalties. Please see picture attached of the letter. Hi Eric - greetings! I have called the hotel/bar and spoke with Duty Manager. He would not get into any talks with me and kept on telling me that there are signs everywhere and I should have seen it. In reality he would not get into any talks with me and was completely not bothered. Not sure how to proceed now then.
