All harmless fun. Lisa is however a friend of mine and she really does not like Pics of herself or people paying too much attention to her. She was brave enough to appear on the TV show, so I think it would be great if members (myself included) could stop focusing on one element of the show, and more on its aims and purpose. Sorry Lisa. I did not see the show and would love to see a copy (legally of course). So did the bank actually give an interview too? Did they pretty much repeat what was in all of our letters trying to scare us in to thinking that the charges are legal?

I use Aria often and find their prices to be one of the best. I hope they can just replace/repair the GFX card with minimum hassle.

Hi, I have just asked Aria for a replacement or fix for a graphics card I brough back in January 2005. I had the card replaced in August 2005 as it had a fault. The graphics card is a Radeon 9800 Pro and cost £136 I have just sent them an e-mail asking for them to fix or replace it. Lets hope they don't put up a struggle. Graphics cards should last at least 3 years as is the usual life cycle refresh of computers.

My letter also stated that the letter was confidential and any futire corespondance with regards to the settlement

I recieved the same basic letter today also. I am signing it and sending it back. I still have accounts in which I intend to claim from LloydsTSB too. It is an unlawful contract too

The deadline for the banks and my QA was today. I saw the £100 come out of my account a couple of days ago. I have had a phone call from my wife, letting me know that the bank has sent us a letter offering full settlement. All I have to do, is agree to an account review. I will give you all full details when I see the letter myself.

All normal then. Phew. I have heard nothing back from the court since filling my AQ. What if Lloyds do not file one?

Thanks for the support everyone. I had a letter back from the courts today. Imade the check out to the wrong place. I made it out to "Staines County Court" and it should have been made out to HMCS. I never knew that, so make sure you all make your checks payable to HMCS I just have to send another cheque off.

Thanks for the support Bean, I am needing it at the moment. I have just filed off my Court Allocation questionaire and the additional £100 cheque, so it is just a waiting game now until I get a court date through.

It does I'm afraid atherwise, the court proceedings will stop.

I have not had a good read of it yet. I will do tonight. The additional cost caught me by suprise. I have just phoned the Court and they did confirm that I would have to pay the additional £100 as the claim is over £1500. I would of course get this back when I win my claim from Lloyds. So in total, I would have had to pay £220 in total in order to get this claim through the court process.

I now have a notice of transfer of proceedings and the LloydsTSB defence from the court. I also have the allocation questionaire. For some reason the court is asking for a further £100. I paid Moneyline the £120, how come I have to pay a further £100 to a different court?

Are all the e-mails etc that have been gathered in the Library Bankfodder?

I have recieved a defence from Martineau Johnson (Lawyers). It is the same as other peoples so, I will not post the details here. Moneyline have not updated their system yet, so may not have recieved it. Where do I go from here? When is the court date set? Do Moneyline set this and let me know via e-mail?
