    Can i just ask and i'm not being funny by this question, did they then accept the £300 instead of £589 that they said you owed? so they took £300 off you and you applied for another with them and they just gave it you having just defaulted? I think that shows how irresponsible they are.

    I am not impressed at all i have offered them a 5 month plan where they get £50 a wk they say i don't qualify for a payment plan They have been ringing my work trying to talk to me luckily my boss is good and just told them no and was ok with me about it for now. I have already asked them not to call work,

    payday express won't set up a payment plan with me so i gonna pay them threw direct deposit ( i think thats what its called) i just worried incase they hand it over to a DCA when i have paid them some money and the DCA claims i owe them the whole amount
