  2. They seem to have learned they cannot add anything to the original Invoice if chasing keeper at least.
  3. Yes if there are two seperate PCN potentially 2 claims put each on e on the correct thread, so they are not mixed up.
  4. No you won on the Primary argument, Stopping in a No Stopping area is is not Parking, that was also fund to be the case with a breakdown where a fleecer sued a keeper of a broken down car and invoiced the tow truck that came to assist.
  5. If its purely you were Observed leaving the site, is the reason, they are up the creek, as there are myriad reasoms uyou might legitimately walk off a site, and that would be an unfair term anyway especially as you were being watched.
  6. No they cruise just the right side of the law and will argue not entering the correct number is a breach of T & C's even though they know its de minimis in law, their business kmethod relies on scaring people,
  7. They had a plan HB give contacts and loads of money to their cronies and buddies
  8. Another £6BILLION of PPE and Covid tests down the drain: Critics slam £14.9bn of waste | Daily Mail Online WWW.DAILYMAIL.CO.UK It means the UK's Department of Health has now lost £14.9billion on over-priced, faulty or unused PPE, tests and drugs since the pandemic... 9. Bear in mind if they have 6 years to bring a claim, so they should keep that data like PCN etc for 6 years, if they delete or otherwise lose that data due to inadequate data backup protocols and cannot prove they have evidence, then they should cease and desist. They might be advised to drop all claims against Hitman. they are just digging a deeper hole if they persist.
  10. Looks like a plan the ICO has been helpful, and are watching the fleecers, nothing ventured nothing gained, and if no SAR forthcoming you still have options. No they must kill off all the tickets.
  11. Seems to be part of the VCS MO now once defence WS submitted, often chock full of waffle and inapplicable cases. Ambreens have been less than steller.
  12. Will try to park near by away from the site if possible and walk, stop by the sign take pictures and see if the camera van man comes to demand my name as I am on foot. have seen people walk up there . alo0ng with Waffling Wali there is Asinine Ambreen. do we have anything recent on Google Earth in the meantime?
  13. Am dropping someone at JLA Thursday, will see what's what if I can. Wali called it a Parking Incident at the end of that WS stopping to yurn round is not Parking, whole WS is a load of waffle, so Waffler Wali attampting to confuse and in the process maybe annoying the judge, defence isn't to complex here plenty to counter that word salad,.
  14. gated usually have an entryphone for deliveries and visitors, and a fob for residents to enter, Personally have had issues delivering into gated developments, in a liveried van, couriers often get invoiced for no permit as you park a van where you can once inside. Jopson v Homeguard usually kills them off as its obvious if van has DHL, DPD or UPS on it its there for a reason not to park up in breach of fleecer's mickey mouse T & C's, But would be helpful if we know if was a fob access there?
  15. Looks like DX is correct, if managing agents taking a fee you had every right to park, fleecer's have lost in that situation your lack of response led to the CCJ by default, also why would anyone want a company in a gated fob access parking area?
