Can't see how. VED disappears into their fiscal black hole, along with all the other taxes, and very little is spent on roads, they need to fund the salary and pensions of all those non-jobbers, and diversity coordinators.

was it on a garage forecourt or on the road? if the road they will say they are right and sting you for more cash. If the forecourt is off road, Ripley has a point. argue the toss with them.

Thanks for that , will do. The problem also with Thesis is confirming deferrals, as they would rather make the whole debt repayable instantly, and ignore the deferral .

Due to illness my pre 1998 student loans are deferred, however due to there being a problem with backdating when I was signed off from work there was a month owing whicjh I asked to pay back at £5 a month by a payment book, Thesis said no only DD will do what can i do as they are constantly phoning, I am also caring for my wife who has had a stroke at a young age.
