    thanks will take a day going through all the charges and make two claims thanks has any one done separate claims for fees ? thank you what did you do to start the ball rolling i remember gmac calling me up offering 450 pounds before xmas see if i would take the bait in 2010 but i knew i had time on my hand they did say they would defend robustly any claim thank you i have all my statements before the got lost by them

    Hi every one got My Experian report today my credit file was searched on 12 10 12 unrecorded enquiry i have never gave them permission to search ? no debts on my account ? only one ccj that was cleared

    ok thanks i found a old debt letter from another company it has been sold on thank you it must be about 9 years old

    hi had a letter from Marlin and phone call that they had an old debt my experian records show nothing listed ? , this was paid off by the the now defunct DCM APEX who went bust
