OK thanks, I will do the letter for him and take some pics, I asked at the garage today about cctv and they were not helpful! But they did say they could email the company....
-
On the letter the photo of the reg plate has a dark background in bright sunshine on a silver car! Is it good enough that the driver was clearly at home and walked over to drop the paper off next door then round to us as clear as day on my cctv at 09:01 ???

In their letter is shows 2 pics of reg plate and entry 03?01?2018 06:47:02 EXIT 03/01/2018 10:14:35 I have saved cctv but reg not clear in dark but saved it as it gets light, now saving on camera to save date stamp.

Hi My friend who lives over road went to local esso and got a pcn in the post for parking at the garage for 3Hrs 27 mins 37 secs to buy a newspaper!!! I have proof on my cctv (reg not readable) of him leaving at 06:37am and returning at 06:54am Is it best to just ignore it or send them a letter telling them where to go or see them in court as I would be willing to witness that fact that I know it was him that came home and parked opposite. I could save 2 weeks of footage of his 2 cars parked at home and photo evidence of me walking over and taking a picture on my cctv? Many thanks, Andy

The car park belongs to Amicus Horizon housing association for their residents. CPM themselves provided all the parking permits to each resident on 19 October 2015 There are 4 blocks flats and one large and one small car park running alongside railway line ( the wall in photo is next to railway line. The order goes..... Big car park The one i use).. . block flats Ross ct.. .. block flats Chandler Ct (whereI live) .. . then 2 further blocks with a small 7 space car park at the other There are 3 signs located next to lights on railway wall they are very obvious as they are opposite the entrance. The car park holds about 24 spaces all residential including 2 disabled spaces. my address is chandler ct, Station Approah , Horley, Surrey RH6 9EQ The location is named as 'friends courts' there is no such place. the 4 blocks of flats are called Ross, Chandler, Tribbiani and Geller Courts, which are the names of the cast in the tv series Friends. I suppose it could be termed generically for their paperwork but technically what would the law say?

Loss of earnings claim after non fault accident
Andy77799 replied to Andy77799's topic in General Legal Issues
That is so wrong with so many circumstances changing, it could even be a different job self employed. Anyway, I take it they are offering an average for the profit not the cash flow? I don`t understand tax and these things but I would have thought I am being done over here. The car and ins alone for the week is about £120 which still has to be paid) and they offer something like 168 for the week? Sound wrong to anyone? -

OK thanks, do you know how long to make the calculation and how they can use tax return for an average? Initially I was told they may accept the previous 13 weeks to average? They are offering a LOT less. -

Hi all, sent off tax form as requested and got sent back a stupidly low offer. Surely the loss should be the average earnings for the loss at the time of the accident? -
Loss of earnings claim after non fault accident
Andy77799 replied to Andy77799's topic in General Legal Issues
This is my point. The earnings have changed due to more work and merging companies so tax returns would show past and lower earnings. This is not reflecting the earnings I have lost in the time period without car at the time when it happened -
Loss of earnings claim after non fault accident

Thanks, yes self employed, as agreed above the info they are asking for is irrelevant and only the company weekly and monthly sheets show the losses at the time of the accident. The way I see it is IF I was in a fortunate position to just work for one month this year then the earnings that I am losing at the time of the accident while I can`t work are the only thing that comes into question. Some times of year are busier than others. I only want to claim for what I LOST in cash flow as a result of being hit up the butt! -
Loss of earnings claim after non fault accident

Thanks for your reply. I am insured by freeway and paid the extra for legal protection which is proximo law, they are letting me know what the third party is asking for. Can I also claim for all this free time this is taking up? at the average hourly rate for email and letter writing? The amount is around £500 give or take. This is really causing undue stress and sleep loss and so annoying. Who would I give the 14 days to? Proximo to act on my behalf or the third party which I have so far refused to communicate with as that should be down to Proximo who are representing me? Thanks in advance... -

Yes the cash sheets the company gives me each week show the weekly cash jobs and once a month I get cheque for jobs on account and a sheet showing the months jobs I did. The only thing the sheets don`t show are tips. This is what figures I use to put on spreadsheets for accountant each year. Initially these were given but now they want bank statements and tax returns which are not relevant to the losses at the time.
