My wife withdraws £10 via ATM from her natwest account. She reailses her overdraft interest goes out that day and would go overdrawn She goes to the natwest branch 5 minutes away and pays it back in.(approx 11:00am to 11:05am) Within this 5 minute window they apply her interest sending her over. And apply £28 charge !!!!!!!!!!! What the hell, I cant believe this s*&**

The poster claims to be the guy who attended the recent catlles AGM and asked 51 questions, so seems to know his stuff. Also after checking out the lewis group website they claim cattles is "our parent company" so are you saying this means cattles owns them or is it a seperate buissness. I would expect them to get cattles debts for .10p in the pound and then rake in the full amount, time to buy shares in TLG???

Great thread, 6 years is too long, some people only get 5 years for murder. Hope this takes off and we can take them down, going to need some sort of challenge in court to change things. 3 Years History sounds reasonable though.

An answer for the "What will happen to my loan folk"? My view it will be similar to what happened to scottish bank when they went into administration, the debts were collected by Robinson way & co.(a debt collection agency, I ve binned many a letter from these clowns) Also got to laugh at the cattles share price message boards, they are still dreaming of a rescue.
