I Have Investigated As Much As Possible The Subject Via The Web , And Found Various Document From The Courts Themselves Relating To Restitutionary Damages , As For The Funding Corp , Ive Downloaded All Their Quarterly Reports From Their Site Along With Their Dca Part Of The Firm And Some Choice Pages They Were So Kind To Have On Their Site.and Together With My Proof / Evidence Of Paying Out For Various Loans Myself Ref The Interest Rates On Them , And Knowing I Will Have To Make A Good Case For Damages Saying That Had I Of Received My Refund I Would Of Not Needed The Other Loans Etc . Its Just The Bit About Them Hiding The Figure On Their Statement And Once Confronted They Owned Up To It, And The Fact That It Took Them Since March Of This Yr To Nov To Do So . Hello , Help Needed , Am About To Try For Restitutional Damages Ref A Refund For Ppi From The Funding Corp From 05 Original Amount £855.61. Started Wring To Them As A Result Of Realising You Could Back In March 09, Several Letters Demanding Refund Later They Have Just Admitted They Owe Me The Above Amount And Of Course They Have Lovingly Only Offered That Amount That Amount Despite My Request For Interest , Sent Lba For 1900 Or Will Seek Further For Restitutional Damages , Am I Correct In Saying That I Work This Out With The Original Amount And Date And Use Online Calculater And Compound It Anually To Date Forcorrect Figure And Add Stat 8% Also Because I Believe That They Have Deliberatly Not Aknowledged My Claim Since March That They Have Been Fraudulently With Holding Aknowledgement Ie On My Sar The Statement Sheet The Original Figure Was Disguised As A Journal Debit And Only After My Questioning This Via A Letter Did They Aknowledge My Claim , Also The Figure Was Added To The Balance Columb On The Statement Rightly Or Wrongly ? so ok i have read bankfoders notes ref restitutionary damages , i have access to the funding corps yearly figures by way of their site , and have printed them off ready to qoute their earnings , so this will help i think to work out their earnings and potential earnings on my wrongfully kept by them money. i have to convince the judge , i have also printed off various articles from the funding corps website from their dca arm which has some nice qoutes for me too , also i have proof of various other loans since my funding corps one , so not sure if i can say that had i of received my monies due via a refund from them in the first place, i would never of taken on more finance , if you see what i mean. i am completely blind here so any help would be gratefull i have to prove restitutionary damages , ie what they have earned and what i ve lost i think

hi bankfoder , could you please help sir. the funding corp , i had a loan in 05 saw ppi on cancelled never received refund over paid 850 started writing in march of this year and of course they denied it all , discovered in the statement this figure hidden via wording and in the balance colu, confronted them and they offered the 850 back , ive said i seek full contractual interest + restitutional interest . how do i work the restitutional interest out from 04/05 for my court papers . i will double check exact % and get back to you , now off to work , most of my court bundle is ready various cases etc just need to work out the above for a lba and then off to court, and not a threat its been long enough .i have tried every angle as the courts suggest now time for business action
