hi out of interest when did you take the card out

I have recently written to one of my card providers using a template from this site requesting info using S78. I have been reading all the forums and am wondering if i should go down the Subject Access Request route. My my concern is that i am not in default at the present time, but cannot maintain payments for much longer. I have been reading the ranking case and it appears that the provider may defalut me because i have made a S78 request. I only sent in " days ago so am wondering if i send a Subject Access Request request now, will that help.

hey loving this thread dont think i can wait untill 7 days for the next episode hope it all works out for you i think after all your work you deserve a good result Have just started action against one of my cards so the above info is very helpful:)
