3rd letter arrived from Lowells saying "We are waitng for your agreement". Been over two weeks now.

Phone for a loan recommended Click for Freedom who then set up a loan with Blemain, who made us take out a 3 year PPI (£1700) policy as a condition of getting the loan, which was added to the loan term of 25 years. When we complained about this Blemain said it's not their fault - Click for Freedom had the money, yet thats not what the paperwork says, the paperwork says Direct Group ltd had the money!! I think something fraudulent has been going on somewhere. LOL!

Had a lot more than that. I have had some back but I didn't think it was enough.

The following arrived a couple of days ago,

Just paid £4 via paypal to do Mrs P's digital signature. When she confirmed the payment it took her straight to stage 5 of the process. When she then tried to continue she got a pop up saying something like account needs more credit. She now cannot log back into the CAG/Signguard bit as it doesn't recognise any password she enters. Mrs was never asked for a password to open an account in the first place. Any ideas folks?

SB I think is next year. I will CCA Lowells next week. Crapone did not comply with CCA in 2009, they did not have the agreement.
