  1. helo all a few months ago i applyed for a payday with payday express for £80. today i have seen that payday express have marked my credit file on 11/09 i have looked on they web site and i have seen the below QUOTE - start In certain instances, if our credit check service is temporarily unavailable, we may not be able to fully approve your loan online. In such instances we will provisionally approve your loan, pending receipt of certain documentation and your signed credit agreement. If you don’t want to send in the requested documents, you could simply try reapplying online after about an hour. As our credit check service will have been unavailable for your first application, no credit check will have been carried out and no footprint would show for the credit check on your credit file. QUOTE - end well its is showing as it does not say "Unrecorded Enquiry" who do i tell to get removed? payday express or creditexpert? also with another payday loan web site what does this mean? Do you perform a credit check Cash choice verifies your history with lenders in our industry, but we don't conduct a traditional credit check.

  5. hello all, how is everyone. a lot has happen the that last few months that fully forgot to update date this. anyway since i have moved to my new address ect ect today i got a letter from lowell its attach. and here Photo003.jpg picture by what_todo - Photobucket please can i be told what to do now? i think i have sent the letters tothem but i will send them again to make sure also, the defaul falls off my c.report in ealry may and as off yet only letters have been sent. i belive is now is over 6 years sine i paid anything in this account

  8. hello all, back in nov/dec 09 a i got a nintendo wii over the last few day it has been making a rattleing noise whenever putting in any cd. i want to take it back to the shop, dixons however i cant find the receipt but i do know the date, what time roughly, and i still have my same card that i used on the day. what is the way to get the item replaced?

  11. hello i believe they can only action if your live in the u.k as now you live outside the uk, no action can happen, for starters denmark use the Euro not GBP. sorry i cant be anymore help, someone will give you a better answer soon.

Our answer: If you find your product is not working when you first use it, then please contact Customer Services. Tesco guarantees its electrical and furniture products for 1 year" hope this helps.

  17. hi thanks 42 man for saying that. sherly no-one can change there t&c's that much as when you signed-up you dont go thro a credit application and therefor you have not given them permission to send your detailes to the CRAs.
