a entry from Lowell it say's that i on may 04 that i default on my card. the start date of the card was july 02 i have had no letters from them since jan 08. what is the best thing to do

i am on carers allwance, income support and DLA. on my bank statemens it has my NI with dwp at the end. and back in round oct 06, by bank hsbc took most of it. was the bank Legally allowed to do that? after this happend my bank give me a overdraft of £500, now that has gone up to 1K after reading about all the posts about benfits beeing taken can the banks take your benfit money or not.

hello all, this is my 1st post on here and i hope its in the right place. on my Experian credit report i the below Account type:Credit card / Store card Started:24/xx/200x Default Balance:£ xxx Current Balance:£xxx On:xx05/200x File Updated for the Period to:17/02/2008 it was with a cap.1 c.card and my limit was £250 after looking at it the Defaulted and the start date is going back 12 days elaryer what is the best thing to do, as this is debt that i do own up to however i have never got in toch in them also soon, will be be on the electoral roll.
