I've had a look at the OFT CCL database, on Capitals recent licence renewal application, they have removed debt collecting, this may account for them using BCW, Services pending application from over 2 years ago retains debt collecting, but Services seem dormant at the moment, waiting for Donkey to have a look, he might be able to shed more light on this, how stupid must BCW be to take on HFO,s crap!

If you have any further issues please update your complaint with the OFT, HFO Services and Capitals licences have expired aswell as Roxburghes all 3 are being investigated by the OFT. I personally don't expect HFO will take yours any further, but if they do, they,re easy to beat.

is this a new tactic by them to get around SB, if so very very naughty....... it could be a mistake by them where, they have confused someone else's payments with your account , they're very good at admin errors, or payments have been paid which you have forgotten or are unaware of, if payments have been made you think they would have given you some evidence of this. watching with interest

Update, Roxburghe,s licence expired on the 25th of February and they have now applied for a new one which is pending, OFT still minded to revoke.

They are all the same people, A Turnbull being HFO company secretary. Have you had some correspondence from TR?

Think its important to push this, you may not be aware but the OFT are minded to revoke HFO Capitals licence, this licence actually expires as of next month, HFO Services have been without a licence since September 2009, the OFT are minded to refuse them a new one.You should also not pay them a penny more, they will send a few threatening letters, but I very much doubt they would start any legal action and if they do you know where to come for help.

Yes they are the same, TR are HFO,s in house solicitors, Alasdair Turnbull of TR solicitors has been a director of HFO in the past.

S.Blackburn is a new name to me, the West Byfleet address is a known HFO Services address.

If you can,t post up the letter, please type out the contents, including any address, contact name etc, it being passed over to TR is probably just a threat, I doubt they will start any legal action.

If you made these payment them it won't be stat barred.
