  2. If people are still having issues with HFO/ Roxburghe please continue with complaints to the OFT.
  3. Twoman made the post, I was just doing my daily scan of the posts for anything HFO related...big thanks to you for all your hard work.

  5. The decision on the various group licences are still pending, hopefully we will hear something soon, I can imagine it's been a huge investigation with all the stunts they have pulled. Hope you and family are well, all is fine with me, still keep an eye out for HFO stuff, but that's rarer than a win for Manchester United these days.
  6. I know what I would do if they still had the CCJ and CO they had against me. As I said in previous post, I think they're trying to grab as much cash as they can before being shutdown and as you say you only owe £3000, in my opinion £2000 isn't a great settlement offer, considering there perilous position. So your options are stop paying completely, they could well do nothing, carry on paying the £20, pay the £3000 making sure you get everything in writing and make sure they do remove the CO, which they didn't with mine, I had to do it myself or make a counter settlement offer, which if it was me, it would be very small. Hopefully it's not too long before the OFT give their decision on HFO, s licence.
  7. Have you had a statement in the last 2 years, do you know how much you still owe. I'm getting the feeling they're trying to rake in as much money before they finally lose there licence.
  8. And now they've moved the link completely, I'm going to get CAGbotted again if I'm not careful.....
  9. I see CAG have scrambled the link somehow, they really don't like those solicitors, but google the Patel and Wegmuller cases.
  10. The letters will probably stop, as others have stated this is deadlocked and going nowhere.
  11. Don't give them a penny, just file the letters, they won't take this any further and if they did take court action, they would lose. Really your girlfriend has nothing to worry about with these clowns.
  12. Cancel the direct debit and if they get in touch and you want to make a final settlement, offer them £1, it's more than they deserve. You've probably paid them a lot more than they are entitled anyhow.
  13. Did you speak to them or did they leave a voicemail ? Ugly heads!! Indeed....
  14. More than likely just a threat, if they do turn up tell them where to go, UMS are part of BCW.
  15. Yes they're still about, but only just, personally I wouldn't pay them a penny, did you ever do a CCA request?
