  1. just to clarify, can you give us the following info- when did they obtain the CCJ who exactly was the claimant, Services or Capital do you have a copy of the original N1 claim form, if so can you post up the particulars of the claim did you defend the original claim, if so why not do you have a copy of the actual judgement
  2. Hi Kathy, I'm also here to help, I to had a Morgan Stanley/ HFO issue, when was the CCJ, who made the claim, HFO Services or Capital, lots more question for you but these will do for starters.
  3. Hi Tony, keep us informed regarding council tax, if things get desperate, I'm always willing to help out, you know where I am.
  4. When was the original court application, if it was over 6 years, then they don't need to include it.
  5. Debt sold to HFOC All judgements in the name of HFOS You could really do with a copy of the original N1
  6. DB, is correct 6 years is a long time, for me this all comes down to what's contained within the POC, if this states a different claimant, then it might be worth a punt, it worked for me, my CCJ was though less than 2 years old. But first we need to see what the POC states.
  7. I'm looking forward to seeing what the particulars of the claim state.
  8. It should only take a week to get the court docs, are you near Wandsworth, if so can you collect personally. It was normally HFO Capital who purchased accounts, not Services, who where the collection side of the business, if the CCJ is in Services name then there could be a glimmer of hope, but you need in writing from MBNA who they sold account to and when, the original claim form, with the particulars of the claim and the actual judgement.
  9. The docs from court could be very important, you need to chase these up, you need to find out which HFO your account was sold to and which HFO took court action.
  10. Keep ignoring, I would be surprised if they took you to court, if they do, they soon back down after a bit of HFO fan club intervention.
  11. The account is still in dispute, no need to do a further CCA, but it wouldn't harm to remind them of this, as they're a bit forgetful.
  12. Assigned to BCW, that's interesting, could you post that letter up please.
  13. Nice to hear from you Tony, all well here.
  14. Did you obtain copies of claim form and judgment, if so could you please post up.

  16. That's a long 72 hours, if your sure its SB, send the letter.
  17. Have they been taking equal payments for the 33 months after the initial 3 months in which the debt would have been paid, £2000 divided by 33, equals £60 per month, did you only owe £180?
  18. Did you make a complaint to the OFT? If you did it would be worth giving them an update to make them aware of HFO,s latest tactics. If you didn't could you please make one, do you still have the direct logistics card?
