  8. Thanks for your reply. I've just done a quick tot up. If I use the spreadsheet does that calculate the interest too ? I've found property insurance that the mortgage made him take out as he didn't have his own. Could this also be claimed ? Many thanks
  9. I've finally managed to download the account information from the disc and added up all the late payment fees which come to £2,195. They have a lot of fees called (Non payment by DD) at the rate of £15 , could these be claimed back too ? And can the unpaid direct debit fees of £30 be claimed back ? I can't find any PPI charges. Thanks Regards Angnnig

  11. Yes wel sort the disc as soon as we've figured out how to access it , which doesn't look straight forward. We were just wondering what they meant when they said that the loan is not subject to the provisions of the consumer credit act and if they are trying to get out of being held responsible for PPI charges. Regards Angnnig

  14. Hi to you all. We've had a response from Paratus. They've sent the SAR on disc and am a bit baffled by some legal jargon. Think it would be easier if I post the letter on here, just to make sure it's all above board. Any help with this much appreciated. Regards Angnnig
