have just had "shane"on the phone telling me that my son was being charged with racial harrassment and that they and the police would be at my house between 3pm and 5pm to arrest my son for racism and to charge me with trying to commit fraud by not paying my debts. he went on to admit that hfo had bad ways. when i told him that he was not from the race relations but from hfo hs replied that hfo have 16 different deptsthat i would find that out if i done reserch. told him that i had reserched his company and that his boss was a crook he wanted to know where i found that out and what proof i had i said its all over the internet. he then said he would phone me back in 20 mins with mr harper i said great cant wait ti talk to kevin harper. needless to say up until now no phone call from mr harper and no visit either. cant wait for next installment

you are getting calls from a company callrd hfo. they are a dca (EDIT) if you answer to them tell them you will not discuss this over the phone and to put it in writing to you from now on. if you look through the threads or do a check on hfo you will read some terrible tales but also some brill ways to help you.

help please. today i got a letter from bradford and bingley saying that thet are charging me for a d/d that they couldnt pay due to lack of funds but i actually cancelled this before christmas so surely they cant do this?

hi everyone. just to keep you all informed. i sent email to tirnford rutherfords last week telling them all communication from them and hfo to be in writing only from now and to inform hfo not to phone me again. dont know if this has worked but havent had any phone calls, letters or emails from either of them since. peace is bliss!

hi suzylou. new at all this myself but everything i have read states just one pound as payment for cca and send by recorded delivery. have had numerous dealings with capquest & found them to be more reasonable than some of the other cowboys. perhapsthe 10.00 is typing error?

hi patrick. just been reading your thread,very helpful. sorry to hear you have been so ill. i had just got home from hospital after having gallbladder removed when hfo first contacted me, theyb were not at all interested when i told them that i could not deal with them as still affected by anaesthtic dont know if thats illegal or not on their behalf. your help the other day was wonderful thanks so much. i so wish i had got to find this site before now as have already put up with these calls since august. hope im not to late to deal with these parasites now as will be sending request for cca at wkend.glad im only 50 as ive been told by them that i need to go to school, they will phone 1000 times a day , my son threatened wiv psychical harm etc etc. they also want my n.i number which i have no intention of giving them. unfortunatly i have no evidence of this now as only just found out about logging or recording calls but never mind no doubt i have more to come! hope you are recovering well now. good luck with your fight regards mandy

hi patrickq1. i have also just fired an email off to turnbull rutherfords telling them to inform their "clients" hfo to stop phoning me making physical threats and if there is any more i would call the police in.ialso told them that hfo and themselves should communicate with me in writing only from now on. i didnt mention this site as i didnt want to give them any clues as to any info that i may have got. i am sending off my cca asap. dont let them get to you, they just aint worth it. regards mandy

i have been having problems with hfo for several months now and have just emailed turnbulls to tell them to sort hfo out, to stop the phone calls and threats. i havent mentioned this site but did say i would be calling police in if i got anymore physical threats. just about to send off my cca. also told turnbull to put all communication in writing. will let you know how they respond.cheers mandy

thanks to you all for your info.sorry i couldnt get back on site sooner but had to attend a funeral yesterday. am starting to print off various letters to send to these poor fatherless souls and getting a phone recorder from maplins that i read somewhere on here. if any of you want a witness in court against hfo i will be only too pleased to help. has anyone else been threatened with the northampton court like me & hubby as all others seem to be in wandsworth & croydon. they havent contacted me again since the other nights phone call when they gave my young son info about me owing them money which is amazing considering their normal form!like your taste in music patrickq1, both me & hubby are fans as well. many thanks again. mandy

will be very pleased to attend court as a witness for you against these crooks. i have been having a nightmare with them but then ironically they were the ones who told me to look hfo up on the net where i found a link to this site. so thanks a lot hfo, have found the info really interesting & am in the process of getting letters off etc.

hi to you all. i hope you can help me am having the usual sorts of problems with hfo,[ phonecalls,physical threats etc]. tonight they phoned me again i told the girl that i wanted a copy of the original credit agreement she then transferred me to anjam manager of the legal dept. he asked me for my n.i number i told him no he didnt need it but he said yes i do to take you to court. i said dont be so stupid at which point he said dont use that language to me. i was cinfused by now as i hadnt sworn or anything. he said shutup! i said to him what did you just say to me & he replied shutup mam. i then hung up on him. he promptly phoned back & my youngest son answered & told him i didnt want to speak to him. he then asked my boy for my n.i number as i owed them money. my son said he didnt know it. he then told my son that the bailiffs would be at my house in 2 days. my son said you cant do that you need a court order but anjam said that he had been to court & got one. what do you think i should now?
