hi went to court:p the judge was very nice explained they had offered me a settlement but hadn,t recieved monies from them( guess wot she had the fax so i didnt have to go but it has ben a experience) she said she would keep the case open until september (stayed) incase they didnt pay me. well roll on pre six co-op and halifax:) going to court was a good experience as i am not scared any more. thanks for everyones help donation on way when i get monies:smile:

hello i have sent sar to coop and halifax. coop within a week sent statments from june 2001 pages 17-43 i have sent another letter stating i want all of my statments which i have previously requested, there is no threads saying people have been given statments 0ver 6 yrs as yet? halifax have 26 days left to provide my statment, has any one had problems getting statments from halifax? thanks keep you updated:)

morning everyone:) well its the 12th my court date i am sh***** my self, my friend used her fax at work to fax hickey and the courts for 7days extra ,(so they pay me ) but i have phoned court this morning and they can,t find the fax i sent:( so i have to go to court. at 11am.no money in my account from skycard/barclays.

have emailed him, he has emailed back:rolleyes: i am not sure how you have amended the letter but if you keep it so it cover the whole of the particular claim it should be fine,( i asked about self litigation fee that people won in hull)he says these costs are not recovereable in a small claims court and we would ask a barrister to attend to argue about this point in the hearing.if you are willing settle for the amount i offered let me know? what does everyone think about this i will have to attend court now because i don,t have a fax so i will not recieve payment before court, has any one tried to claim self litigation fee? and how do you do this?:?
