I Phoned on monday slick, courts hadn,t dealt with it then phone them again tomorrow;) well i asked for wasted court costs and self litigation fee(its worth a try) well your right they are bankers lol:D

th just emailed me back he said payment should be in my account within 48hrs and if it hasn't to contact him monday,do you think that email to dino helped it along:lol: were wait and see its only 3wks later then he said

I've claimed against alliance and Leicester before and won sent a cheque the day they put in a defence:D well i have had a few more charges since then (also signed a form saying full and final settlement) my question is are they allowed to take money from my child tax credit and family allowance? i think this is wrong depriving my children of money is there any thing i can do to claim this back? thanks

hi everyone:) phoned courts this morning haven't dealt with my letter about asking case to be thrown out as yet ,phoned hickey again asked if he could send a cheque as they haven't paid me in to my sky card account oh he said have you got account still it would be easier to pay you in to there:mad: well told him i will be protesting outside his office soon with banners etc:p

hi doo:) used mcol had acknowledged then sent my cheque,but refuse to remove default phoned court to carry on with claim through courts as the have not given me full settlement, sent 2 letters so far last one saying "as i explained before in my last letter the default is correct and we won,t be removing it.Your account defaulted because you fell behind with payments .We explained this in your credit card agreement which you read and signed before we opened your account. Financial regulations require me to advise you that is the final responce in relation to this matter" etc goes on to say i can contact fos what can i do about this shall i carry on with court or just be pleased with my cash refund:confused: thanks

hi there have put this on my bank charge letters given me a cheque but won't remove default:rolleyes:so carrying on with court now is that OK as i originally asked for removal of default?

i asked for statments at firrst they sent statments 17-43 today after a few complaint letters the rest from 19 sept 2000 over the 6 year period the rest 1-17

hi everyone i have asked for over six years worth off statments from halifax, havn,t recieved them yet they have to comply by 10/8/07 can i still carry on with this? also can i stil start sar and lba and start court? but then will they stay court proceedings until decision i,m really mad started in febuary with a claim company sacked them a month or so ago and started myself.If i had started on my own then this would of been payed out by now:x

don,t panic about court i went with barclays on the 12th,i was really scared ,but it was just me and a female judge in a small room.i was expecting lots of people in wigs:) well i have started my coop claim first half just about to send 2nd letter lba. still waiting for statments pre 6yrs for second part of my claim:rolleyes:
