hi rooster:) well a+l have stopped takin charges now complained to fos under hardship they have been refunding all my charges to me everytime they do this i send a secure message and they refund any charges:D

hi everyone:) well i went in to Halifax bank and asked for my account number from my account the lady said that there was no record of my account? i told her that i was told to go into my bank as they would not give me this information on the telephone. and i no there have been people who have claimed over 6yrs and received all there statements i cannot believe they wont give me my account number does anyone know what i can do next i have reported them to the information commissioner with no out come but i can't go any further in reclaiming because i havnt got my account number i first asked for this information 29/06/2007(they gave me my new account number at first so i didn,t realise) help anyone please:???: thanks

hi everyone got statements from coop from 2000 but halifax i phoned for my account number they gave me one, sent off for my statments on 26/06/2007 with 10.00 cheque got a letter last week saying this was my new account number ,phoned and asked for previous account number on my old account which i asked for they said i would have to go in to my branch:evil: do i have to start all this process again? waiting over forty days for statments?

hi had a letter from Halifax:mad: the account number they initially gave me when i phoned at the beginning of this is wrong, they gave me the account number of my new account and i didn't realise as i have not used it yet:roll: my sar i sent on the 29/06/07 do i have to re send it and start again ? i had forms ready to send to information commissioner it has been over 40 days waiting i asked for this account number but they would,t give it to me on the phone:mad: so i am going in to bank tomorrow to ask i have already sent cheque also i,m really mad now

hi phatram recieved my statments going back to august 2000 when i opened my account wow really suprised sent two threatening letters then recieved them al:ol how r u going with yours? do you think i should make two claim or just one? as its over 6 yrs:wink:

just about send lba on Wednesday given them 7 days to give me my statments,then continue to court with n1 .Do i also inform the information commissioner of the breach is there a template of how to fill in n1 for non compliance? Co-Op i recieved all statments going back to 2000 wow i,m pleased about that can i ask why no one really goes on the cag coop forum?
