Does anyone know what it is and can they disconnect my water supply?

We had a car on finance which cost around 16000 we paid nearly 11000 off it husband got sick could not keep up payments so they took him to court after a lot of to and froing the judge revoked it and said to me write to them and offer payment I could only afford £10 per month we are on benefit 3 kids etc cannot afford any more they wrote back and said they want £200 per month.. they sold the car at auction and there is a shortfall of nearly £4000 coz they sold it too cheap. added interest etc. now they have put my husband and myself in court to apply for a charging order even tho the debt is in my husbands name.. Really really worried dont know what to do.....

I sent Sars request etc to reclaim charges on personal & business accounts they took the 2 £10 for each account they sent me statements for personal but not business acc although they took the £10.. Sent a request for refund £800 on personal but still have not heard back 5 months ago. They have totally ignored the business request, I know that will run into thousands... Any advise please?

I thought a SAR was to go to the original creditor?

Hi Can anyone help please I sent my S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) request bank has acknowledged this and taken the £10 fee they are past the 40 day deadline I sent in May. They have not sent my statements yet can anyone tell me what letter I must send now any help would be appreciated. I looked in the template library and could not find anything. Its a business account.

A few months ago Connaught 1st credit sent my husband a SD threatening bankruptcy etc, at the time my husband was unwell so I phoned connaught they told me I would have to pay £165 to have it set aside so I did. I was so scared, then they wanted me to pay £10 per month after that. We are on benefits and really struggling. Then I found this wonderful site, I followed advice sent CCA request etc, then a good while after they sent me a letter saying they have not received the £10. And now they have sent my husband another SD I dont know what to do as the deadline of 18 is almost up. Had another letter yesterday saying they are going to proceed. Help..

Hi I have put a SARS request to Lloyds bank in may for a business acc & a personal acc, they took £10 for each request. I still have not received business statements, but they did send personal statements I sent them a refund charges letter, and have not heard anymore from that either. What do I do now? Its a lot of money I could do with it now I am on benefits with 3 small children I reaaly need this.

I found this site and was advised to CCA them I did (back in May) Havent heard anything back till a few weeks ago, when they sent me another SD, I have contacted OFT but have not heard back, now connaught have sent another threatening letter yesterday saying they will now petition for bankruptcy, I am so scared my husband is ill and he wont take the stress of going through this, its in his name, but connaught have been dealing with me I paid the £165.

I paid the £165 to have it set aside I paid connaught not the court and then I found this site they told me to cca them..

Hi I am confused too I just filled in the spreadsheet and it automatically calculated charges and the interest in a seperate column I added both together and requested that to be refunded, I will try to let you know more a bit later got to go out now!

Hi I sent them a LBA letter a few days ago so they have crossed in the post. I have not started court proceedings. the amount I requested was calculated on the spreadsheet I downloaded from this site it calculated it automatically and I added it to what I have been charged by Natwest, so does that mean I should reject the offer? I am confused.

Thanks hedgey06 I havent had a reply to my ROA letter but they keep on charging me. I am setting up a new account to get me benefits paid into.. And I have to search this site now to see what I do as I have sent Natwest a LBA, I am not bothered about going to court they are the theives stealing my money and depriving my children the money they took this week out of my benefit is £30 inc interest £38 charges I mean just this week alone it was for groceries & my phone bill.
